Classes for Any Level!

Silver sneakers, Boot Camp, Pilates, Cardio & Conditioning. Our Fitness Facility offers a variety of classes each week that can be modified based on your level. Members can access classes for FREE! 

Schedule & Pricing

Classes are FREE to members. Non-Members pay $4 per class or can purchase a package of 12 classes for $36.

Elderly Couple Practising Yoga

Silver Sneakers

The preventative Silver Sneakers exercise program enhances the quality of life for mature adults across the country. Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement and activities for daily living.

Fitness Class
  • Monday        4:15-5:15pm

  • Tuesday       5:30-6:30pm

  • Wednesday 4:15-5:15pm

  • Thursday    5:30-6:30pm

Boot Camp

Be ready to push yourself in this class. Workouts can range from a tabata style workout, to a circuit with equipment, to a ‘build your own’ style workout. Each class is different, keeping you from getting bored.

Pilates Work Out
  • Monday          5:30-6:30pm

  • Wednesday    5:30-6:30pm


Pilates is a conditioning program that improves muscle control, flexibility, coordination, strength and tone.  It’s based on proper breathing, good posture and intense concentration. The exercises are performed on a mat.  Feel free to bring your own or use one of ours.

*Individuals between 13-15 years old must be accompanied by an adult.*
