Silver sneakers, Yoga, Strength, Pilates & Pound. Our Fitness Facility offers a variety of classes each week that can be modified based on your level. Members can attend classes for FREE!

Classes are FREE to members. Non-Members pay $4 per class or can purchase a package of 12 classes for $36.

The preventative Silver Sneakers exercise program enhances the quality of life for mature adults across the country. Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement and activities for daily living.

Pilates

Monday 5:30-6:30pm

Wednesday 5:30-6:30pm
Pilates is a conditioning program that improves muscle control, flexibility, coordination, strength and tone. It’s based on proper breathing, good posture and intense concentration. The exercises are performed on a mat. Feel free to bring your own or use one of ours.

*Individuals between 13-15 years old must be accompanied by an adult.*
